Ingredients
 2 qts Tomatoes [Chopped]
 1 qt Onion[sliced]
 1 tsp Ginger & Garlic PasteAs per need
 3 qts Green Chillies [cut lengthwise or chop]
 ¼ tsp Yellow powder
 1 g Red ChilliesAs per need
 1 tsp Cumin Powder
 1 tsp Coriander Powder
 1 tsp Spice Powder
 1 tsp Mustard Seed
 A pinch of sugar (to taste)
 1 tsp Salt[As needed]
 1 tsp Oil
 Water [As needed]
 Curry leaves [As required]

Heat the oil in a pan and add the cinnamon, cloves, and mustard. Once it separates, fry the cumin and curry leaves.

Then add onion and fry till it is soft.

Add green chillies, ginger & garlic paste, and fry well.

Then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder & garam masala powder, and fry well for a while.

Now add chopped tomatoes, salt, and the required amount of water and fry well.

When boiling (add a little sugar if needed) simmer for 2 minutes, then serve hot with chapati or dosa.
