Grease a plate.
Fry the required peanuts well in a pan.
Leave the roasted peanuts to dry until crisp and peel when cool.
In a hot pan add sugar and 3 tbsp water.
Heat until caramelized.
Add the roasted peanuts to this caramel mixture, stirring well for 50 seconds, then reduce the heat.
Transfer this mixture to a greased plate / chapati-making stone. Spread evenly.
Leave it for 2 minutes, then cut into desired shapes, and then let cool for another 5 minutes.
