Heat the coconut oil in a saucepan.
Add mustard and curry leaves and cook for a few seconds.
Add onion, ginger, garlic, and green chillies and fry till golden brown.
Mix coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and dill powder in a bowl.
Add a little water and make a thick paste.
Add this paste to the frying pan and fry until golden brown.
Now add 2 cups water and pickle and let it boil.
Add fish and salt and cook well for 8-10 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat and set it aside for 2-3 hours.
Reheat before serving. Serve hot with rice.
