Veg Salad Recipe

Ingredients
 1 Carrots -(Small)
 ½ tsp Large onion
 ½ tsp Tomatoes (remove seeds)
 ¼ tsp Cucumber (small)
 1 tsp Capsicum-2 (chopped into powder)
 1 Cabbage1 leaf (chopped or peeled)
 6 ml Coriander Leaves
 SaltAs Needed
 ½ Pepper Powder As Needed
 1 Lemon juice A few drops
 Olive oil or Cooking oil A few drops

Wash all the vegetables and chop into small pieces.

If the tomatoes and cucumbers are packed in a lunch box, it will leave water.

Sowing otherwise is optional.

Add salt, lemon juice and pepper powder and mix well.

Finally add 1/2 teaspoon oil, mix and serve!
