Let’s see how to make delicious spicy shrimp curry. Shrimp roast recipe for beginners, with readily available ingredients. It is very easy to prepare shrimp roast. Be it any dish I do with Shrimp, I cannot simply wait until it is cooked. I am an ardent fan of shrimp and I can eat it in any form, be it Fried shrimp or Shrimp Curry. To say it all, the most favorite way of cooking shrimp is by roasting it.

Shrimp Roast Recipe

Ingredients
 20 kg ShrimpMarinate the shrimp
 ½ tsp Turmeric Powder to marinate
 2 tsp Red chili powder To marinate
 1 tsp Green ChilliesTo marinate
 ½ tsp Salt
 56 tsp Lemon juice Is optional to marinate
 2 ml Coconut oil For frying
 3 Cumin Seeds
 1 tsp Fennel Seeds
 2 cups OnionChopped
 2 Cloves
 1 tsp Garlic Crushed
 ½ tsp Salt
 6 Curry leaves

Mix the prawns with turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, green chillies, and lemon juice. Set aside for 10 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan and season with cumin, fennel, and curry leaves.

Add chopped onion, crushed ginger, and garlic and fry over medium heat till it turns brown. At this point, you can add salt.

Now add the marinated prawns and fry over high heat till well browned and the spice will darken with the oil spill (2 to 3 minutes).

Add some curry leaves and fry on high heat for a minute and immediately turn off the stove!

Now the shrimp is ready to serve.
