Mix the prawns with turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, green chillies, and lemon juice. Set aside for 10 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan and season with cumin, fennel, and curry leaves.

Add chopped onion, crushed ginger, and garlic and fry over medium heat till it turns brown. At this point, you can add salt.

Now add the marinated prawns and fry over high heat till well browned and the spice will darken with the oil spill (2 to 3 minutes).

Add some curry leaves and fry on high heat for a minute and immediately turn off the stove!

Now the shrimp is ready to serve.
