One of the favorites of most south Indians potato fry is the everyday food of many. This is one of the most tastiest recipes made of Potato that simply bursts with flavor. Potato shall be diced in a non-stick pan in low flame for a long time for a perfect poriyal. The cuisine can be best served with curd rice, lemon rice, or ordinary rice with an accompaniment of sambar or rasam. It is very easy to make this recipe. Potato Fry Recipe

Ingredients
 ½ kg Potatoes
 ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
 2 tsp Chilli Powder
 100 ml Oil
 Salt As needed

First, wash the potatoes well, remove the skin and chop finely.

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the salt, turmeric and chilli powder.

Then pour oil in the pan and season with mustard.

Now put the potatoes we made earlier in the pan and fry.

Add caraway seeds at the end if required.

Delicious Potato Fry Ready. No serve with lunch.
