Hot Noodle Soup Recipe that can be prepared with a minimal number of ingredients. You can include any vegetables that you think will taste delicious. You can add a few pieces of raw tofu, chicken, or cooked tuna fish to this soup.

In this post, we can prepare Hot Noodle Soup with Tofu Shirataki noodles, which are low-carb Japanese noodles. But if you are not on a low-carb diet, you can use other Asian noodles. If you want some beefy flavor, you can add soy sauce.

Ingredients
 1 cup Noodles
 2 tbsp Chili Oil
 1 Chopped Onion
 5 Garlic Cloves
 1 Ginger
 1 Green Chilli
 1 tsp Mustard
 1 tsp Cumin
 1 tbsp Soya Sauce
 300 g Chicken MeatIs optional
 1 tsp Turmeric powder
 2 Lemons
 Coriander Leaves
 Salt and pepperAs needed
 1 tbsp Curry PowderChopped
 1 tbsp Curry Paste
 4 tbsp Lime juice
 1 cup Coconut Milk
For the soup:

Take a heating pan and add some red chilli oil and saute few onions pieces.

Now add ginger, garlic, green chillies and saute well again.

Add the required vegetables and add some curry powder and curry paste.

Add coconut milk and simmer it for few minutes.

Add lime juice and season with coriander, salt, and pepper.

For the chicken strips:

Place some red chilli oil on a hot pan. Season with salt & pepper and a few chicken strips.

For the chicken's garnish, use soy sauce and mint leaves, and add two tablespoons of lemon juice.

Chicken should be given onions. Add some peanuts and lemon slices as well.

In a big bowl, combine the soup and chicken strips.

Add some fresh mint or coriander leaves as a garnish and serve the soup with boiling noodles.
