Delicious Liver Curry - Let's see how to make Mutton Liver Fry.
Liver roast recipe can be served in two ways, either when the spice is added to the liver it can be slightly reduced and served as a broth or served as a completely dry fry. Heat a pressure cooker with 1 tbsp oil, add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, and chilli powder, add liver chops, 2 cups water, and 1/4 teaspoon salt and bring to a boil.
Cover the cooker and cook for 4 to 5 whistles.

In a heavy saucepan or pan add 1 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp ghee to the hot oil and fry the crushed garlic in a pink pan with cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves.
Add onion and coriander powder with a little amount of garlic and fry well.
Add the prepared spice paste with the onions and fry lightly, add the cooked liver. You can add salt if needed, stir it up and cover.
Stir constantly until the oil separates so as not to lose moisture. Squeeze in 1/2 lemon juice and garnish with coriander and mint. Serve hot with asparagus.
