First, pour half a kilo of biryani rice into a bowl and soak for 1/2 hour.
At this time, chop the green chillies, tomatoes, and onions required for cooking.
Then pour a little oil in the cooker, add peel, lemon, and cardamom, add cumin, and stir fry well.
Then pour in the chopped onion and fry well until golden brown.
Then add ginger garlic paste to it.
Add tomatoes and green chillies and fry well.
When the tomatoes are well wilted, add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, and required amount of salt.
Then add coriander leaves, mint leaves (if required), and yogurt.
Then put the chicken in it and fry for 6 minutes.
When the chicken is tender, pour a cup of water and cook for 2 whistles.
Then, take the soaked rice and spread it evenly in the cooker and pour 2 cups of water and cover the cooker.
Turn off the stove before the whistle comes on the cooker.
If you turn off the stove, the biryani will not boil.
When you open the cooker after a while the delicious biryani is ready to eat.
