One of the favorites of most south Indians potato fry is the everyday food of many. This is one of the most tastiest recipes made of Potato that simply bursts with flavor. Potato shall be diced in a non-stick pan in low flame for a long time for a perfect poriyal. The cuisine can be best served with curd rice, lemon rice, or ordinary rice with an accompaniment of sambar or rasam. It is very easy to make this recipe.
